"WINTER CROSSING" Available

On one of our many wonderful trips into the Rockies, we found ourselves in a  bad snow storm and could see animals moving out of the depth of the falling snow.  We came to this river's edge and were blessed once again to see this beautiful mule deer.  I have completed many paintings from that trip. An elk painting "Down From The High Country" was the cover of an Oregon Wildlife Federation Calendar. "Winter Crossing" is  11"X14'',  oil on linen.

12"X18"  AWFrame   $1,200.00 + shipping. This painting was inspired by a hike near Mt. Hood. I do not think, I, often use this much color, but this was just so inspiring, the painting took on it's own direction, as they always seem to do.
